I have been cast over time and ultimately can not terminate the aquarium wanted to present to IAPLC this year.
Still, would not stay without participating, so I've chosen for this occasion the next.

This event is valued more (and I spoke the other day with friend UBAC) design which better exploit the three dimensions, and obviously this is an aquarium of other features.

In one of my previous posts in which to some reflection on this contest, showed he understood the third place of nanos to be a rule that called exclusivity.
After talking to one of the judges, Luca Galarraga, this indicated that only I called exclusivity against AGA or IAPLC, allowing participation in other competitions.
I have reviewed the rules, and honestly I do not remember seeing that in particular it is true that the following appears:
We like to publish your work first. Your layout Should Not Be Shown at the IAPLC or AGA before. (Local community contests and publishing user is permitted)
Therefore, and to rectify is wise, that is.

ASE 2011 ASE 2011 Reflections Classification Category Nanos
clear from the beginning that is very hard to be a judge of a contest of this nature, I personally think that this year there have been occasional bastinazo important.
Of course all I say below is a personal opinion, there is no reason to agree with her.
Start with Nano Class
not object to the top of Hector Baca.
The tank is getting fully studied the effect you are looking for, look like a much larger aquarium.
Healthy plants, fish proper, good photography, etc.
With the second I'm not so satisfied.
I will not say a bad aquarium because it is not, But what is good enough for second place? ... In my opinion
course not.
The picture is not good, the box is dirty (the left side cries out to heaven), the plants are not healthy and some out of place ...
Oh, and not a little fish, only a few shrimp.
To his credit, he is well structured and provided, something not easily achieved in only 26 liters.
Third Place, Fabian Kussakawa
aquarium nothing to say, for my taste the best of all submitted in this category.
But there is a significant problem, the rules of the competition literally say this.
. Only unreleased / unpublished work produced by an individual Applicant is accepted.
Or what is the same, only accept work unpublished. And this tank
and won the 2010 CBAP
So much for the top three spots.
I also believe that there is an aquarium overvalued, such as the 5 th and 9 th place
And other undervalued, such as 4 th place, that after the above very well could have held the 2 nd or 3.
Getting a beautiful landscape in just 25 liters has much merit.
But as I said earlier, it is very difficult to judge from what is subjective, and every one of us would do a different classification.
Therefore, the utmost respect for the work so hard for the judges.
What should comply with the rules are, and this time there is a significant error in this regard.
